Home Court at the Wigwam if the fourth phase of the multi-phase Wigwam Complex redevelopment effort of the former Anderson High School.  The goal of this revitalization initiative is to enhance the "Quality of Life" by transforming the complex into a holistic, comprehensive center integrating housing, healthcare, education, arts programming and job training.  While the previously funded developments Fieldhouse Apartments and Sweet Galilee at the Wigwam focus on special populations, Permanent Supportive and Affordable Assisted Living respectively; Home Court will provide the city of Anderson an affordable multifamily housing product that is strategically located near Downtown Anderson, Anderson University, the city's new bus Terminal and the job-producing Wigwam Talent Development Center.  The development will also have 8 Permanent Supportive Housing units for families experiencing homelessness as defined by HUD.

The site is located at 1333 Lincoln Street Anderson, IN which is in a QCT with no similar developments.  The development site is part of the Wigwam Complex featuring the Jane Pauley Health Center, an FQHC.  The site is also within walking proximity to a grocery store, barber/salon, the Excel Center, the new public transit bus Terminal, as well as other amenities.
