The Sr. Developer will be responsible for delivery of all strategic aspects of the BWI’s Development Projects. In addition, the position will manage development activities within a given geographical region, including oversight of site selection, feasibility, market analysis, and concept design, development cost estimating, and tax credit application submission. This position reports to the Director of Development/CEO.
The BWI Financial Analyst will be responsible for assisting developers in creating financial projections and tax credit applications for LIHTC, NMTC, and Market rate deals of BWI’s Real Estate Development Division. In addition, the Financial Analyst will be responsible for gathering due diligence and closing documentation required to start construction. This position reports to the Senior Developer.
The ideal BWI Maintenance Tech will have 3-5 years of property maintenance experience and have a good knowledge and understanding of maintaining and repairing HVAC Equipment, Electrical panels, and protective wiring, including property lighting, appliances, general plumbing, general carpentry, electric motors, and controls.
The Property Manager is responsible and accountable for on-site operations for one or more BWI properties.
