The Gateway to Life Project is a combined Rehab and New Construction scattered site development that will consist of 284 units of residential housing. In addition, the project will contain a newly constructed Transformation Center that will provide resident and community services to support economic and community development growth on the Near Eastside of Indianapolis.
BWI, in partnership with Northeast Indianapolis Community Service Corporation, is proposing a transformative program that aims to identify and implement specific practices to alleviate specific inequalities for at least 1000 lives on the Near Eastside of Indianapolis.
