The First Devington Community is located in Lawrence Township on the northeast side of Indianapolis, Indiana. The development provides quality affordable senior housing for qualified residents of Indianapolis and Marion County

The construction process involved the preservation of an existing 48 unit complex by demolishing and building a new complex consisting of 36 2-bedroom units and 12 1-bedroom units.  The development is a senior complex targeted toward those 62 and older.
