The goal of the Clifton Square Tax Credit program is to positively impact senior citizens and their families by providing affordable housing and easy access to key amenities and services such as food, dining, pharmaceuticals, church ministries, and physical therapy. Clifton Square currently consists of 54 one and two bedroom units on the southwest and northwest corners of 30th and Clifton (Near west side of Indianapolis, one city block west of Martin Luther King Boulevard).

Through innovative partnerships with community development organizations and health care providers, the property provides a seamless suite of services that address the needs of the tenants and the surrounding community.
