Corporate Statement

To our valued partners:

It is no surprise that the health pandemic of COVID-19 is affecting businesses acress the globe. To provide greater contect on COVID-19, here are a few links to useful resources.

COVID-19 (to Coronavirus) has raised many concerns for both individuals and businesses anad the communities in which they work and live. With the fast-paced news cycle and rapidly evolving updates on the spread and cause of COVID-19, it is difficult to anticipate how the coronavirus will impact our businesses and the overall workforce. Our strategy  is to follow the direction and advice of Federal, State and Local authorities as it relates to social distance and any quarantine recommentdations while also caring for our residents and employees on the front line of managing our properties.

At BWI, we are committed to monitoring our developments, and we are putting processes in place to maintain the confience you have placed in us to provide the level of service you expect despite the ongoing crisis.

Because of the coronavirus pandemic, BWI has implemented a remote worker policy for any employees who are able to work remotely. This will be in effect until further notice. Serveral of our employees may not be able to work remotely and therefore we will maintain limited office hours. Regardless of working location, we are committed to maintaining our high level of service with our business partners and residents. Like so many of you, our priority is protecting the health and safety of our employees, partners, community members, residents, visitors, and their loved ones. We also want to do our part to contain the pandemic.

Once again, as of today, all of our corporate offices remain open for business despite some employees working remotely.

Take care of yourself and each other! We are a resilient community and, now more than ever, we are appreciative of each and every one of you.

Stay well.
