The goal of this initiative is to enhance the “Quality of Life” for Hoosiers through innovative and integrated housing and transportation solutions. Our project will be specifically targeting single-parent households in an urban area that are seeking to become self-sufficient by obtaining a college degree. This project will involve a unique consultative relationship with IHCDA and ESN (Energy Systems Network) with a goal of limiting housing and transportation cost to no more than 45% of a families’ income.
